ROGER F. CLAXTON

 I have practiced law in Dallas for forty three years.  I have a general business and commercial practice with an emphasis in business litigation.  I assist clients in establishing and operating businesses, preparing and enforcing contracts, protecting their business interests and property, resolving disputes without litigation if at all possible, and representing them in court, arbitrations and mediations when necessary.

 My litigation practice focuses on business and commercial litigation.

I have been rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, which is a nationally recognized legal directory.  The “AV Preeminent” rating is the highest rating. *
